At AuraSkin Glow, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have the following return and refund policy.
Returns
Because our products are personal skincare items, we do not accept returns once products have been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product sent to you at no additional cost, or
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products purchased on sale or promotion
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
