Our products are for external use only.

 Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our shop page. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. AuraSkin Glow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AuraSkin Glow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 Returns and Refunds

EeDue to the hygienic nature of skincare products, AuraSkin Glow does not accept returns on opened or used items.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.

 Limitation of Liability

AuraSkin Glow shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products. Customers use our products at their own discretion and are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.

Intellectual Property

All content associated with AuraSkin Glow, including brand name, product names, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of AuraSkin Glow and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
