All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the customer’s location and the carrier used. Estimated delivery times are:

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. AuraSkin Glow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

AuraSkin Glow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a solution.
